Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. The buyer can only return his item if he first receives it and then ships it back at his own expense.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
If there is any problem with your order, especially damage, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
Our 7 day return policy specifically applies to faulty products or items damaged during shipping. When requesting a return, you will be asked to upload a photo and/or video showing the damage.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can assess the problem and fix it. This will allow us to quickly assess the problem and correct it accordingly. We appreciate your cooperation and assistance in promptly resolving any problems.
As per our policy, we are unable to accept refund requests for faulty items after 7 days. For damaged shipping boxes, we are unable to offer refunds or other after-sales services due to long distance international shipping.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of a new item.
Refund
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you as soon as we receive and review your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send your return.

Transportation
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged item to reach you may vary.
Cancellation of an order
At Projectorly, our cancellation policy allows orders to be canceled within the first 3 hours of order. After this period, your order is likely in progress and on its way to you.
If the item has already been shipped, you may return it upon receipt at your own expense.
Cancellation of an order is allowed only before the goods have been dispatched. If you need to cancel, please contact customer service at support@cinema4k.shop as soon as possible.
